Have you ever wondered if you have made a difference in someone's life? Whether it be a huge change in their life, or even one where you are just there for the person? Whatever the case is, you have probably made a change in somebody's life. Just think...if you were not in their life, would they have done things differently for worse? I like this quote because sometimes I do think I have made a difference in somebody's life - although I laugh at the thought too. Overall, just think maybe you have made a difference is someone's life and you don't know about it.

I know that is hard to embrace - believe me I know - but if we embrace who we are, who knows what will happen.

I am going to try something a little different for this week's motivation.

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:

Why I chose these quotes: 
Whenever Monday approaches, our mindset is already negative and we are already setting ourselves up for destruction.
Instead of thinking negatively about Monday, think positively instead. Find something that will make you look forward to Mondays. If there is no reason...find one. Think: "Monday! New challenges, new obstacles to face and new events to come in the new week."
We need to change our mindset about Mondays, and remember to smile. It is a new week and who knows, maybe the new week will be a huge opportunity for you...

Why I chose this quote: 
Monday is the start to the week and I have felt that it sets the tone for the week ahead. If you wake up and you are in a bad mood, then your week will not be as good. If you wake up and are happy, then your week will turn out great. I do not know if you have felt like this, but this is what I have learnt from experience. When you get up on a Monday morning, it's a new week, new challenges you can take on. Always remember Monday is usually a symbol of a fresh start to the week ahead and you can see how the week will make you feel. New eating habits or new workouts to try, try to see what you can try for the week that is new and that might help you look forward to Monday.

I thought that this week, we could have a quote that is different to the ones I have posted already. This week is focused on dogs. Dogs are such amazing animals. Sometimes we just want our dogs. When you want to get away from a situation or if you just need to breathe from the stress you have, your dog can help you to refocus and make you feel more relaxed. I do love this quote as it states dogs have a way of helping humans. Let's face it though, dogs are AWESOME!

Searching for what your passion is in life shouldn't be about the money, it should be about what you love doing. This sadly isn't always possible to do as I do understand we do need to make a living in our lives. So instead we should find our passion in life and pursue it if we can. I do believe that we should follow our passion, even though we will face challenges in our path, but as long as you get to your goal. I do understand other people may block your path. They could be stepping stones in your path and we need to do what our passion is. Find what your passion is and then if you can, pursue it and live your dream! Just don't forget about those who have helped you pursue your passion.

Let's put it this way, there is no magic pill that will make you loose weight. There is no easy way around it. The solution: Work for the body you want, and stay consistent. Do not give up so easily. Striving for the body shape you want will take time - trust me, I know. I have been on my fitness journey since 2016, and I am still working on my fitness goals. As this quote says, you cannot 'cheat' on your fitness journey. You need to be determined and remember to be patient.

Why I chose this quote: 
In life, we all try our best with what we can do. Sometimes we try a little too hard, when we could just try our best. If you are in a situation when someone says "do your best", it does not mean to say do the work so much that you are worn out. It simply means try your absolute best.
I like this quote because it is to the point and tells you to just try your best. So don't give up if you find what you are doing is too much for you. Just remember that you tried, and that is what is important.

Remember I said that I would write a general knowledge fact instead?
Well maybe I will write more than just one general knowledge fact. I shall post it up on another blog soon.
