Motivation for the Week: 4

Hello everyone!!
I have a new quote for the week for you.

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:

"Your Monday morning thoughts

set the tone for your whole week.

See yourself getting stronger, and living

a fulfilling, happier and

healthy life."

- Germany Kent.

Why I chose this quote:
Monday is the start to the week and I have felt that it sets the tone for the week ahead. If you wake up and you are in a bad mood, then your week will not be as good. If you wake up and are happy, then your week will turn out great. I do not know if you have felt like this, but this is what I have learnt from experience. When you get up on a Monday morning, it's a new week, new challenges you can take on. Always remember Monday is usually a symbol of a fresh start to the week ahead and you can see how the week will make you feel. New eating habits or new workouts to try, try to see what you can try for the week that is new and that might help you look forward to Monday.

Motivation for the Week: 3

Hello everyone!!
I have a new quote for the week for you.

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:

"If you have gained

the trust of a horse.

You have won a friend for life"

- Taken from the Cracker Barrel bag.

Why I chose this quote:
This quote is motivational because it is about trust. To gain a person's trust can be tricky and it is difficult to trust other people, but once you trust each other, then you have formed a bond. For a horse, it is true that you need to gain their trust. Horses are curious animals and it may take time to gain their trust. When you have gained their trust, they will be a friend for you.

Motivation for the Week: 2

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!
How are you enjoying the new year? Are you back to work?

I have a new quote for the week for you.

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:

"It's Monday.

Get up and create

something amazing

this week."

- Anonymous.

Why I chose this quote:
I always find that doing something you usually don't do, is always inspiring. The past week I did something I have not done for years and that is...HORSE RIDING! I rode a beautiful horse and whole ride was a wonderful experience. So for this week, do something that you have not done for a long time. make the most of it!

Motivation for the Week: 1

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!
I am starting the motivation with week 1 as it is the start of 2020.
Can you believe we are only 6 days into the new year and the Golden Globe's have already happened?

I have a new quote for the week for you.

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:

"People will forget what you said.

People will forget what you did, but

they will never forget how you made them feel."

- Maya Angelou.

Why I chose this quote:
We always remember situations because of how we felt in that particular situation. If someone made you very happy by taking you to a place you always wanted to go, you may not remember everything single detail that happened. I like this quote because I see it both positive as negative. By negative I mean maybe you felt sad when a family member passed away. What could also be negative could be an argument you had with someone, and it left you feeling very sad. This quote can be interpreted positively by being excited about an event you always wanted to go to.
