Review of Fria's Superfoods

This post is about my review of Fria's Superfoods.

Who is Fria's Superfoods?
Fria Hiemstra, the founder of Fria's Superfoods, which is based in Cape Town.
So now, when you think of biscuits, chocolates and sweets, you think those foods contain quite a lot of sugar right? I have tried the Snickers Cake, Matcha Mint Liquorice Balls, Sweet Potato Brownie Balls and the Lemon Bliss Balls. They all tasted super delicious. They are definitely great if you want to reach for a a healthy snack.

How do they help you live a healthy life?
Fria's Superfoods only contain whole foods and do not contain any refined sugar, gluten, dairy or artificial flavors in the products, as mentioned above. Fria's Superfoods are convenient as you can take them with you if you are going on a road trip or if you are a on-the-go person who needs a quick snack before work.
