Motivation for the Week: 16

Hello everyone!

I am back with a new quote for the week for you.

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:

"Act as if what

you do makes a difference.

IT DOES."

- William James.

Why I chose these quotes:
Have you ever wondered if you have made a difference in someone's life? Whether it be a huge change in their life, or even one where you are just there for the person? Whatever the case is, you have probably made a change in somebody's life. Just think...if you were not in their life, would they have done things differently for worse? I like this quote because sometimes I do think I have made a difference in somebody's life - although I laugh at the thought too. Overall, just think maybe you have made a difference is someone's life and you don't know about it.

Motivation for the Week: 14

Hello everyone!

I am back with a new quote for the week for you.
Sorry this is over a week late. I do apologize.

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:

"YES I CAN!"

- Unknown

Why I chose these quotes:
This is said by Lucy Wyndham-Read and these 3 words can help you with your fitness journey. If you keep repeating these 3 words, you may be surprised as to what you will accomplish.

Motivation for the Week: 6

Hello everyone!

We in February already. Can you believe it? This year is going by quite fast.

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:

"Life is like the ocean.

Waves will try to knock you down and

push you back to where you started but once

you fight through them, the entire ocean is yours."

- Anonymous

Why I chose this quote:
I came across this quote recently and I have to say, I love this quote!
You could think of the 'waves' as being a challenge you face. You might face a challenge and it can...well...challenge you so much that you fall back to the start. So you can keep moving forward and do not hold back.
