Motivation for the Week: 15

Hello everyone!

I am back with a new quote for the week for you.

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:

""Why worry?If you've done

the very best you
can, worrying won't
make it any better""

- Walt Disney.

Why I chose these quotes:
I also believe that if you have done the work and you have done the absolute best you can do...then you do not need to worry as much. I know it's natural to worry about certain situations, considering this time right now we are facing. Just remember that if you put in the work and you work as hard as you can, then you will succeed.

Motivation for the Week: 13

Hello everyone!

I am back with a new quote for the week for you.
Sorry it is a day late.

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:

"I shook my family tree ðŸŒ³....

and a bunch of nuts fell out"

- Unknown

Why I chose these quotes:
This was for family day. The inspiration is to stay with those whom you love...your family. Spend every second with them, especially during this tough time.

Motivation for the Week: 8

Hello everyone!

Happy Monday!
I am keeping this quote short and sweet.

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:

"The best way to succeed

in this world is to act on the advice

you give to others."

- Unknown

Why I chose these quotes:
I like this quote because it simply states that you should take your own advice and motivate others because you are motivated yourself. I get sometimes we loose our motivation, but then we should find someone or anything that will motivate us, then we get up off our feet and are motivated.

Motivation for the Week: 14

Hello there to all new people who are reading my blog for the first time, and to all who do read my blog!
I have a new quote for the week for you.

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:

"Relationships are about trust.
If you have too play detective,
then it's time to move on."

- Anonymous.

Why I chose this quote:
I am busy with a project of mine and it came to my attention about trust. Trust is a powerful tool. It can be easy to trust someone, but trust can also be easily destroyed between two people. I like this quote because, as the quote says, if you need to play detective - or investigate - a relationship you have with someone, then the trust between you and that person might be gone. If you find that you are questioning your trust with someone, it could mean that the trust is gone. It's sad if you think about it.
Just remember to trust those who you believe are true to themselves and you know who will not lie to you.

Interesting fact:
Here is another interesting fact about the human body:
Hearing is diminished after eating too much:
Interesting fact that nutrition and hearing ability are connected. When you eat too much your ability to hear is slightly reduced. No specific food will cause or prevent hearing loss.
So next time you overeat, you might notice that your hearing is reduced a little.

I will post another interesting fact next week. Maybe a general knowledge fact...

Thank you for taking time to read this post,
Please do not forget to send me any suggestions you would like me to blog about.
I am open to new suggestions.
Thank you!

Motivation for the Week: 12

Hello to all you amazing people!!
I have a new quote for the week for you. It is a good quote to read.

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:

"It has been said, 'time heals all wounds.'
I do not agree. The wounds remain. In time,
the mind, protecting its sanity, covers them with
scar tissue and the pain lessens. But it is
never gone. "

- Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy.

Why I chose this quote:
These words were said by the Countess of the Holy Roman Church and the matriarch of the Kennedy family. She was also a philanthropist, born in Boston Massachusetts, and she is admired by many today. I love this quote because today is my grandmothers birthday and what Rose Kennedy says about somebody who has passed it true. For me, the 'wound' for me still remains. I miss my grandmother every day. I agree that when we loose someone who we truly cared about, we still feel pain because they are not psychically with us anymore.

Interesting fact:
Here is an interesting fact about the human body:
Human Heart:
Did you know the human heart can beat more than 3 billion times in an average persons lifespan?
The human heart beats about 100, 000 times a day.
The average human heart is roughly the size of a fist in an adult. The human heart weighs between 10 - 12 ounces - that is 280 - 340 grams - in men and 8 - 10 ounces - that is 230 - 280 grams - in women. The human heart can still continue to beat even after the heart has been disconnected from the body.

Are you enjoying these interesting facts about the human body?

Motivation for the Week: 11

Hello to all you amazing people!
How has your day been going so far?

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:

"The power of
imagination makes
us infinite. "

- John Muir.

Why I chose this quote:
I have started something new, and even though it may take a while with this project, I am being creative with this project. So I chose this quote - which was said by an early advocate for the preservation of wilderness in the U.S.A, John Muir. -because everyone's imagination is a powerful tool of theirs. Your mind can go far and you can imagine such amazing events.
John Muir was one of America's most influential naturalist and conservationist. Did you know he has been called "The Father of our Nation Parks" as he is one of California's most important historical personalities.

Interesting fact:
As promised from last week's post, here is a new interesting fact about the human body:
Your sleep:
Did you know you have no sense of smell while you are sleeping? Yes, that is true. We cannot rely on our sense of smell while we are asleep, according to a new study from Brown University.
(for the full article on this topic, check it out here: https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2004/05/040518075747.htm)
The human body also releases growth hormones while we are asleep.
Also, we need to get at least 7 hours of sleep because if we do not, our life expectancy is reduced.

I will see if I can share another interesting fact next week with you all.

Thank you for taking time to read this post,
Do not forget to send me any suggestions you would like me to blog about.
I am always happy to new suggestions.

Motivation for the Week: 8

Happy Monday to one and all!
We are half-way through August.
We are past half-way through the year. Can you believe it? I think this year has being going quickly, what about you?
Plus next week is my birthday.

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:

"Be happy with what you have

While working for what you want."

- Helen Keller.

Why I chose this quote:
In school, I remember I learnt about Helen Keller, and she has inspired me. She was an amazing person to learn about. She was strong and even though she battled with being blind, deaf and mute, she still managed to overcome her fears.
The quote is quite motivational as it is simple and sweet. We must appreciate what we have, while we also must be working for what our goals are.

Thank you to all who took time to read this post,
It does not go unnoticed,
Thank you!

Motivation for the Week: 4

Hello to one and all!

Here is the quote for the week:

"This should be the spirit every Monday.
Know that something good will always happen
.
"

- Gabriel Garcia Marquez

Why I chose this quote:
I like that this quote is short, and to the point. I
What I take from this quote is, we need to think more positively and if we believe good events will happen...it will happen. It may take time, but something good will happen in the future.

Motivation for the Week: 3

Hello to one and all!

How have you all been doing?
Are you looking on the positive side of life?

Here is your motivation for the week:

"Today you are you, that is truer than true.

There is no one alive that is youer than you."

- Dr. Seuss.

Why did I chose this quote: I found this quote to be very inspiring because we need to be who we want to be, and to not let anyone dictate our lives.
I believe that you are can be whatever you want to be, but that can only happen if you are determined and if you put your mind to what you want to in your life.

Thank you all for taking time to read this blog,
It does not go unappreciated.

Thank you!
Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
See you next week!

Motivation for the Week: 2

Happy Monday to one and all!

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:
"Unless we learn to know ourselves, we run the danger of destroying ourselves."
- Ja A. Jahannes.

Why I chose this quote for the week: With all the quotes I have read, I find them to be quite inspiring to read. This quote, in particular, is a good one. I find that if you know who you are as a person, you will know what is right for you.
If you are someone who is not sure who they are as a person, like other people, we may destroy ourselves. We are the main source of our own destruction, so maybe seek out who you are meant to be. Just remember to follow your own goals in life.
That is my take on this quote. It is quit interesting to think about.

Thank you to all for taking the time to read this blog post.
If you have any suggestions for a new blog, please let me know.

Thank you,
Happy Monday!
