Why I chose these quotes: 
I like this quote because it simply states that you should take your own advice and motivate others because you are motivated yourself. I get sometimes we loose our motivation, but then we should find someone or anything that will motivate us, then we get up off our feet and are motivated.

Motivation for the Week: 7

Hello everyone!

I am going to try something a little different for this week's motivation.

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:

"I don't like Mondays."
"Mondays are the worst!"
"Why do bad things always happen to me on Mondays."
"Mondays always made me angry! I am always picked on!"

- Sound Familiar?

Why I chose these quotes: 
Whenever Monday approaches, our mindset is already negative and we are already setting ourselves up for destruction.
Instead of thinking negatively about Monday, think positively instead. Find something that will make you look forward to Mondays. If there is no reason...find one. Think: "Monday! New challenges, new obstacles to face and new events to come in the new week."
We need to change our mindset about Mondays, and remember to smile. It is a new week and who knows, maybe the new week will be a huge opportunity for you...

We in February already. Can you believe it? This year is going by quite fast.

Why I chose this quote: 
I came across this quote recently and I have to say, I love this quote!
You could think of the 'waves' as being a challenge you face. You might face a challenge and it can...well...challenge you so much that you fall back to the start. So you can keep moving forward and do not hold back.

Hello everyone!

I have a new quote for the week for you.

Here is the motivation for the week ahead:

Why I chose this quote: 
I recently climbed up a mountain and I at first did not think I would make it, but in the end, I did it! I have not hiked in years, so going hiking again brought back good memories.
I like this quote because the goal we want to achieve is what helps us to moves forward, but it is also the journey that creates the memories for us.
